Definitely a bit niche, but if you can get into it, it's tons of fun, and will have you coming back for more. Also: Coach! What's not to love?

Oh boy, I'm not really sure how to describe this one. It's an absolute fever dream from start to finish. Rainbow colors everywhere, filled to the brim with whatever the hell the devs thought was funny that day, all that. Also most of the enemies and bosses are sapient animals, for some reason. If you like games with equal parts light RPG mechanics and deliberate sadism, coated in a thick smearing of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, this is the game for you.

TL;DR: Juice

This is the game for people who like watching Mortal Kombat fatalities, but don't actually want to play that game. It's basically just MAD's younger, more modernized brother, with much more visceral gore than anything MAD itself has to offer, what with being built in Unity rather than Flash and all. Fair warning: That warning label on the front doesn't lie -- this game's got more than its fair share of blood, and on a mass scale too, so take that however you will.

TL;DR: Definite must if you're a self-described psychopath like me

Unturned might be free, but it's janky, and unsatisfying to play. The only reason I've played it at all is because one of my friends invites me to a private server every so often. Project Zomboid is better, honest.

TL;DR: Check out Project Zomboid instead, that one's more worth your time

The games in this collection range from slightly janky to almost kickass, but it's all free so who am I to complain? Absolutely would recommend.

It's the scariest and most immersive zombie game on the market rn, go buy it

Don't be fooled by its wobbly art style -- TABS is an incredible, one of a kind masterpiece. Its physics system is on point, and the few times it does break make for hilarious, very much screenshot-able moments. Its strategy, while probably not the most complex or analytical in gaming, is surprisingly deep for a game that only costs $20 at most. The best part is the custom content, allowing for a creator to access every single weapon, ability and unit clothing item in the game, and then some, then combine those all into a quite literally endless variety of different custom units. That means the game's infinite, folks.

TL;DR: Go get yourself a copy of TABS right now. Or else.
