Mie instan adalah makanan sejuta umat. Harga murah, dan mudah didapat. Dan soal rasa juga, enak. Di luar negeri bahkan indomie, salah satu mie instan produksi indonesia dinobatkan sebagai mie instan paling enak. Bukan maksud promo ya.

Lalu, bagaimanakan cara memasak mie instan yang sebenarnya, yang menghasilkan mie instan yang enak? Kalau anda memasak mie instan dengan cara biasanya, seperti rebus mie dalam air mendidih, tuangkan kedalam mangkuk, lalu masukan bumbu bla bla, itu sih biasa. Gak usah di jelasain juga karena di dalam bungkus mie isntan itu sendiri biasanya sudah ada petunjuk demikian.

Berikut cara memasak mi instan agar teksturnya tidak lembek:
1. Panaskan air hingga benar-benar mendidih. Masukkan mi instan.
2. Segera nyalakan timer 1.45 menit. Setelah 1 menit 45 detik langsung pindahkan mi ke mangkuk.
3. Apabila memasak mi rebus, maka untuk kuahnya pakai air rebusan lama tidak perlu diganti yang baru. Mi instan siap disajikan.
