So the original Oblivion GOTY edition was probably my favorite game of all time. I stated in a review previously why I thought Elder scrolls 4 was better than 5. Going straight into the remake today shortly after the release, I noticed that although the graphic improvements are huge, it isn't all too much different than the original. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing. I was however hoping for more AI improvements and enhanced dialog between the npc's rather than the mundane mudcrab conversations. The melee is a bit more refined it feels a lot less button mashy than the original and you do actually have to time swings a bit better rather than just click, click, click. They added shield bash mechanic for expert block skill and journeyman acrobat gets dodging. They also added sprinting. The supposed "dark souls like combat" was a lie. Probably not a bad thing though.. Overall as I go along I do notice more and more subtle improvements. I do recommend the game if you're like me and its been years since you went through the questlines of the original game. However, if you found yourself replaying the original in the midst of waiting for this release, you may be a bit disappointed seeing as it isn't too much different.

I never thought I would be the kind of dude to buy any hentai games on steam. Just go watch hentai online right? However after seeing a profile background I really wanted I figured oh what the hell. Needing to play for at least 2 hours to unlock the ability to use the emojis I realized that it actually wasn't a waste of money. Once you unlock each scenario you are able to return to the erotic animation scenes and beat one out at your leisure. The erotic animation will keep going on repeat until you click the forward arrow. Minigame isn't actually bad either. Definitely not a waste of money especially if your internet goes out and you need some spank material.

Oblivion may not be as advanced as Skyrim, but in my opinion it's still much better. When you join a guild or faction in Oblivion, you slowly work your way up to the top. When you join a guild in Skyrim, you are super important right from the start. For example, The Dark Brotherhood in Skyrim has you as the listener right after the first couple of grunt quests. In Oblivion, you don't become the listener until the very end, after you've poured your heart and soul into completing every quest. This is just one example, all of Skyrim's guilds are like this. Oblivion makes you work for your success, its storyline is better, and the overall feel of it is much more memorable. Skyrim is a good game, Oblivion is a FANTASTIC game, 10/10 would erase my memory and play Oblivion all over again. So before you buy any other game, STOP RIGHT THERE CRIMINAL SCUM, get Oblivion GOTY Edition.

So I used to play this game all the time years back I first started in 2012. I went without gaming for a few years due to life circumstances but after coming back I learned that this game has not died one bit. Its like there are just as many active players as there were years ago and keep in mind this was released in 2009. If a game released that long ago still hasn't died they must be doing something right. If only Valve wasn't allergic to the number 3 we could get l4d3.....
