I played 10 hours on my first world, didn't have any oil, didn't have any uranium, conquered everyone until they were resigned to island nations, and I couldn't capture their capitals anymore, then I resigned at turn 601. 10/10

It's busted, walking on eggshells is no way to play this type of game, especially when it was unnecessary for it to end up like this.
