Pretty interesting Rimworld inspired colony builder. I havent gotten to far but from what i can tell each colony can have 10s of hours of content and its enjoyable to play.

If you have played surviving mars then this game will feel VERY similar to you because some UIs are just copy pasted but with a different theme. not a bad thing but i guess Haemimont likes it.

Its missing some QOL and some other features like storage priority or better animal control and drafting your pawns feels weird but its alright for now. I doubt the core game will be changed much given how surviving mars changed over time (It didn't) So if you dont like the game now you wont like it in 6 months.

Gameplay is great
Skills are customizable and impactful
Itemization is interesting and refreshing
Visuals are stunning
Servers are on fire, but full offline exists where you own your character and dont rely on some servers on a different continent to play a game you spent money on.

Its sad that the servers are ♥♥♥♥♥♥ as much as they are but you can get in now and play, the amount of people playing the game on release is 15X higher then it was durring the entirety of early access. Its honestly expected nowadays that online games are going to have unstable server launches (especially when they are actually good games.) Unless you were planning to play with friends the game is perfecting fine and working in offline mode and all the "Always online" gamers of today are just braindead.

So basically what im saying is that despite people review bombing the game for something that even AAA games cant get right (or AAAA games for that matter) the game is spectacular and a refreshing new take on the ARPG genre. Just learn the ropes in offline mode and enjoy a great SSF life and then a week from now when everything is fixed go play online and trade with players.

Nice little terraria-esque game.

Build up a little village and explore the map to collect items and kill bosses

Good fun for a few hours and its multiplayer.

Its been awhile since ive played this but, as things go with these eastern games brought to the west, Its riddled with MTX and pay to do anything mechanics.

Its worth playing up until you hit the point where you feel like buying anything.
