Boomer game, actually bought this to try quakeRTX and enjoyed a great game instead, but the shambler can go ♥♥♥♥ himself

I like the base game and both DLCs, tho the last boss on TAG2 sucks, not really because of the difficulty, but rather because the pace of the fight is simply too slow, I can do the combo to kill him "faster" but having to wait in order to counter sucks, marauder gets a pass because it doesn't take 10 minutes to fight

If it wasn't ♥♥♥♥ I'd be recommending this to more people, this is probably the most effort i've seen put into a visual novel ever since steins gate.

I can pass this ♥♥♥♥ through an emulator and get ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dragon quest 8 running at 60fps without doubling the speed of the animations, this program is a godsend

Damn, I can drive on the highway after driving on the highway to get home from work, but at least here I'm having fun

Meh, the biggest issue I had at first was trying to understand that killing everything is just a waste of time, you just need to do "enough".

I didn't like it at first, but I was also being a dumbass for trying to play this like Human Revolution or trying to play a pacifist run on my first playthrough. Just kill everyone and be done, you're trying to prevent terrorism, not trying to be Buddha.

I think this game makes it pretty clear what you're getting based on the trailer, so it's only a matter of how well the game is executed.

The rhythm game portion is good; the provided songs are "easy" if you're already playing something like Hatsune Miku, or this might be because the game is "optimized" to be played with one hand, I'm not sure, but since there's no change based on difficulty, you can pretty much play the lowest difficulty once and then unlock the cutscene mode.

What I'm actually impressed by are the mods. It's disappointing that the base game only has three songs currently, but the mods make up for it. You can browse a variety of different charts in the in-game catalogue. Of course, these vary in quality, but the ones I played were great.

Overall, I think it's a great game, but the mods really carry it. Without them, I'd probably not recommend it.
