I bought this for garry's mod, ended up playing it and having quite a bit of fun. Sadly it's not free, so my friends don't play it.

It's pretty fun, but not with 4 players. I recommend at least 5-6 players.
I have the most fun with friends in a voice call, while we mute during the gameplay and talk during voting.

Well, the new update after QuakeCon 2024 really helped spice up the Steam release. Deathmatch is very fun!
Sourceport or not, you can have a good time with DOOM.
