The Vanu Sovereignty was literally founded by a guy with aspergers in canon. Represents their faction perfectly, I’d say.

Somewhat modern soldiers vs romans. its weird, but it works. also, patrolling the mojave almost makes you wish for a nuclear winter

Bonus points for being the only post fallout 2 fallout game my computer can actually run (for some reason)
