[Fair warning, I was mostly just thinking out loud when I wrote this down].

Seriously, there's zero learning curve. (XBOX 360 controller): So to perform a proper kick flip in rocket league, you hit A to jump, angle yourself by pressing forwards or back on the joystick, and hitting A again. For an air boost. if you're ever out of boost, simply kick flipping repeatedly can get you going just as fast as full boost, and in a shorter distance.

I thought a kick flip was just a front flip, until I experimented with it. Pvp is stupid easy if you kick flip all over the place. Someone added me to steam earlier, cause "you play like a lunatic" Apparently it's not normal to see someone kick flipping for boost speeds and blocks or shots. I have yet to run into someone who uses their full boost at first ball, and kick flip into it.

10/10 so far able to get first touch by kick flipping out of boost. Sometimes I get solid goals out of first touch, cause they don't expect that kind of power behind the ball. Kick flipping straight out of boost is so OP. You can basically travel with the ball, and air whip it with x a second time to shoot it anywhere you want. People leave so quick when they see it. The rage is real.

I thumbs up this game, cause it's a lot of fun, the challenge is decent, the graphics are pretty, and the gameplay is top notch.

I will however voice that, I wish there weren't so many people who shoot the ball into our own goal. I mean, c'mon guys...

Not worth it in the slightest.

CONS
The arena sizes are tiny.
The gameplay is utterly repetetive.
There's no sense of reward fur completing rounds.
Leveling up feels wonky, like nothing much is happening.
The community doesn't respond well.
I feel as if this game rips off too many other tower defense games.
Made by a company who create frivolous lawsuits in order to stay afloat (on steam of all places, where income is guaranteed, if you're not a complete idiot).


PROS
The game is fun, for a time.
Easy to get into.
Not much of a learning curve.
Graphics are meh, but acceptable.
The game doesn't take itself seriously.

Holy crap, this game is bad. Using a keyboard and mouse: The response time is SO laggy, that doing missions is absurdly hard. This game's "highest end graphics" look old and stale.

Can you say voice acting? NOPE.

Your El Topo sounds like an on again, off again Sean Connery. It's almost like he just suddenly phases between a clean American accent, and suddenly Sean Connery. It's SO obvious that he's tryin to act like a good voice actor. However, sadly, that's just not so. If the scenes with El Topo were re-voiced in either the American accent, or full on Sean Connery, then what ever. However, this lackluster attempt at being "suave" just makes me laugh.

Frog: Holy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥. I didn't even finish allowing this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ terd of a voice actor, to ruin my ears. Less than 4 seconds in, and I'm hitting escape. I wanted to begin, ritualistically stabbing myself, or my computer, in order to make this unsightly thing just die, or go away. Never before in my life, have I ever listened to some Poke'mon voice actor reject, only to want to do physical harm to myself, or my machine. Please, for the sake of all that is, fire this person, and replace them immediately.

How this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ nonsense got past Steam's Greenlight, I'll never know. Thank lord Gaben, that this piece of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ was on sale. What's worse is, this game shamelessly rips off Cortana, from Halo. They even attempt to make her call you "baby" to sexy it up. Ick...

If ever there were a depths of hell for those of us who aren't scrubs, this game will most assuredly be there. I wouldn't wish this badly designed, voiced, or performed abomination on my worst of enemies.

Do not waste your money, even if it's cheap.




I do however, have something positive to say about this game.

I'm a fan of audio books. My favorite of which is, Ruby The Galactic Gumshoe. The way this video game is put together story wise, and how the voice acting is carried out, is in a similar light to Ruby. In this regards, I give you a C- for effort.

11/10 would tgm just to carry everything.

If you're looking for a twitch shooter, then look elsewhere. Aiming forces your character to remain stationary.

As for being a turret defense simulator, I find the lack of variety in guns disturbingly low. Is there a DLC for more guns?

Pro-tip: Put game on easy mode, and stand in front of a group of zombies. Knife them, and they won't be able to fight back. You can win the entire game doing this.

This is quite possibly *the* hardest tower defense I've ever played. I've played both with, and with out friends. It's taken me quite some time to unlock level 3, and it's by far the hardest so far. I can only shudder to think of later levels, considering the fact that I'm doing this on easy mode. Either I suck at turret defense as much as my friends, or this game is down right, damn near impossible.

11/10 Would recommend to buy.

Not a bad game. Over all, fun. Only real downside so far is the inability to save game state with friends to pick up later.

The controls aren't always immediately responsive.

I finish levels faster than the dialog takes to finish.

Controls are confusing out the door.

There is no clear way to not select the other character when you get to the small cube guy "Chris." Hitting space bar switches back to Thomas, and there is no clear way to meet the goal.

The game is poorly designed, and I feel as if it's money I'll never see again.

This game is for the precise moment, when the LSD kicks in.
