Really fun little game, ultimately without matchmaking or any kind of ranked system for tryhards it will likely stay a niche game you play with your friends every now and then.

EDIT: After a new patch the game now loads and runs, it's a pretty cool mix of soulslike + survival games + arpg. The combat is incredibly meaty feeling, the impact of blows back and forth was animated extremely well. Very immersive. All that being said the game will still crash every 30 or so minutes for me, but given the speed of their first patch I trust this will be resolved in due time.

EDIT 2: It runs on on my steam deck, however to achieve a 45fps you'll need to make it look horrible. I expect this will probably improve over time.

In a word? Cosmic Sci-fi horror meets a souls like. Players from the Souls series will note a few things are missing here: 2h weapons, dual wielding weapons, and a few other staples. That being said, this game delivers a dark ambient atmosphere, solid core gameplay, well made maps that will encourage you to explore every nook and cranny. Overall I'd recommend this game to any fan of the souls games.

An absolutely essential game.

A fun, yet very basic shooter with some minor exploration elements.

The main way you progress in the game is via new gear, how do you get new gear? Shooting bad robots (Not to be confused with good robots of a different color). Okay cool, so I get a gun of +1 shooting by shooting bad robots, how do I get a better shield...Shooting robots at a bunker I guess? Rinse repeat.

The shooting feels a bit floaty, and the story more arcane to decode than the souls series. Overall I'd say its a fun little time killer for short sessions.

Bought at 5 usd and I think that's as much as I'd pay for it.
