"I love Fallout. I've tried so hard to love Fallout 4 and I just ended up liking it 70/30. 70% I like it (READ: I do NOT love it.) and 30% I heavily dislike it. Bethesda released the game and practically dropped the ball on fixing it or making it the complete game that it should have been. I haven't even played some of the DLC because of how lackluster the whole game has been to me. I have over 100 mods installed to make the game enjoyable for my tastes.

100 MODS JUST TO FEEL LIKE IT IS WORTH IT'S PRICE TAG.

I can't recommend it to anyone at this point because not everyone is tech-savvy and knows how to mod or install mods.

FINAL VERDICT — "RECOMMENDED."

"Purchase the GOTY Edition, don't just buy the base game. Read lots of reviews before making the purchase."

Wow. just WOW. This game gets a 10/10 from me.

I'm writing this review because I have to. I have to because game developers need to see how well a game should perform and how hard they should work to make their game this remarkable. This was and still IS my Game Of The Year for 2014. I didn't start playing unil mid-2015 because I was deployed overseas for 6 months following it's release.

10/10 - Story
10/10 - Graphics
10/10 - Combat System
10/10 - Voiced Dialogues from everyone(Orcs included)
10/10 - Creature-Rider: You can ride an animal, and make it eat your enemies.
10/10 - Creative Control: I reached out and grasped the soul of 4 Orcs. Each one I commanded and guided to kill their way into a Warchief's Posse (bodyguards) then when I encountered said warchief and "was told" I'd be meeting my end at the tip of his blade, I snapped my fingers and all 4 of his "Bodyguards" turned on him.
*He met his end at the tip of my minion's blade, cuz, I was busy, with like the 40 other spectators.
10/10 - Huge Map. Plenty of side quests that are wholly interesting.
10/10 - It's hard to write this review because I have no bad things to say about it.
10/10 - Would 10/10 again.
