Absolute trash when you get random people who can't play for ♥♥♥♥. Thank god for solo mode, but it isn't fun to play solo so ♥♥♥♥ this game.

For the people who have bought the game:

Go to Nexus Mods, download most popular "mod"

Just a .pak file that you put in your game directory which fixed everything for me.

No mouse lag, no weird bugs.

Doesn't downgrade the visuals.

On 1440p some settings on Epic and some on High with 3080ti and 12900k FPS is 120-200 depending on location and NPC count.

FPS only drops to 120 when entering/coming close to hub areas and that's only for 2-3 seconds.

Average FPS is ~170.

For people who have not bought the game:

The game delivers what it promises. A Horror, FPS, immersive Sim.

Due to an event the main character is lead to the Zone, where he starts a new life.

The zone is filled with all kinds of people, some who help you, some who hinder you, some who are ambitious, greedy, manipulative or authoritarian and others who are altruistic, kind, generous and empathetic.

There are the anomalies which are either monsters/mutants that you can kill or supernatural powers, that you can only run away from.

You can find equippable items called artefacts which give you buffs, but build up radiation which deals damage over time and needs to be cured every so often.

When it comes to graphics on higher resolution and Epic/High settings the game is breath stopping.

Weapon customisation and upgrades are both made simple and effective.

If you want to go guns blazing or stealth you can do both, but stealth is impossible until you get silencers for your weapons

Combat is great like GoW 2018.

GUI and HUD look like ♥♥♥♥ compared to GoW 2018. Way too big, too simple.
The quality of the map is actually worse than 2018, less detailed, minimalistic, made out of squares, rectangles and circles, mobile game UI.
Until they make an option to make the HUD smaller, this review will stay negative.

Edit:
You can't open the map with M you have to open your inventory and then the map...

Absolute utter garbage, waste of 60€. Developer had a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stroke while making some of the enemies in this game, that's why some of them are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ retarded. The only reason I play this is because I can't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ refund it

Early Access Review
In times like these where most new games cost 50,60,70 or even 80 bucks, are filled with bugs, are not finished and/or are completely retarded (looking at Forspoken) for the low price of 28 Euro I think this game is definitely worth your money.

Solo or with friends I can't recommend this game enough. In 4 hours I haven't encountered any bugs, which is rare for any game released in the past 10 years *cough* *cough*.

Lots of new weapons and different new monsters to try them on.

There are sharks in the water *SPOILER ALERT* even in caves,

If you enjoyed the first game, you will definitely like this one as well.

Edit:
The story is bad. I mean I expected a boss fight or something at the end, not just a walk through a straight corridor full of the same enemy 100 times. Very disappointing

Great game. Thoroughly enjoyed it, just like the first. Mouse and Keyboard controls are sadly worse than the first game and you have to turn "Disable Mouse Double clicking" on and off every time you start the game. For some reason trying to bind either my jump or roll to something different than Space didn't change the bind so I had to stop running in order to roll otherwise I was jumping, which made the playthrough a little bit harder than the first game but the game was great nonetheless. Despite the inconveniences with the mouse and keyboard controls I definitely recommend this game to anyone who hasn't for some reason played it yet.

PS. I bought a controller to play the game with because of the roll/jump thingie but since I had never used a controller before I performed even worse than playing with mouse and keyboard

PPS. I read some of the Downvote reviews of people complaining over some small things like the gamepad symbols or there not being online servers, which in my opinion are not things the game deserves a downvote for. I mean you don't really need PVP in order to enjoy the game and you can rebind the confirm and cancel buttons. I for example used F to confirm and TAB to cancel which made the game a lot more comfortable to play.To people who complain, you are mongos, sell your PCs and stop downvoting games because of your own incompetence thank you!

I had never played a Dark Souls game until now and I regret not playing them. It was a great game, I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish and I'm off to buying 2, 3, Sekiro and after I'm done with them I'll jump on Elden Ring.
