Mr Stranger,
This is me Krusty. I've managed to assasinate the general in the military base, but
the Arms Boxes were in the van and I cannot get it. I have found out that the Van
is heading towards North and it will stop at the bridge to exchange the boxes with
some people who are working under some anonymous group. You have to take
out those people and get the Van to the safety otherwise the Arms boxes will
reach the Russian Dealer and our mission will fail. The Van will reach the bridge
around 8.00pm. Please do not fail in the process.
