Unfortunately, this guy would need to pick someone other than Lee in T7 to get any success (at his current skill level). T8 Lee is a 10 times easier to use. He'd probably be Orange, maybe Red Rank at best in T7 with him. So, I'm pretty sure this guy would pick DLC in 7 if he wanted to be toxic there like he is in 8.
