Happy holydays! I really hope 2025 to be a more pawsitive year
Enjoy with family, or with friends!♫ - Sjru
I appreciate your response at the least, even if it's disappointing.
But does your bots support TF2 with x64 version ?
Or x32 bit required for it to work ?
for the 25th anniversary of GTA 2, Colin Anderson, one of the music producers, mastering engineers, audio engine developers for GTA 1, 2 and 3 at the DMA Design, with permission from Craig Conner, published THE soundtrack of GTA 2 in its full un-compressed high quality DAT tape 48k stereo sound glory!

I would like to give it a try as well.
And does it requires navmeshes like normal VALVe bots do ?

only amiga ;)
Seems like you're focusing a lot on performance and changing the main bot code.
Btw, the update changelog is always the same on every update, do you like copy paste the same changelog and change the "planned" with "changed "when you actually finish one of the planned features or fixes ?
(I haven't tried the bot yet) just wanted to ask...
Also, do you think about adding new waypoint tags ? Something like "Camp here" similar to Sniper waypoint tag.
So it's relatable.
Your AI work is very good and easy to use, not as many people using Github to find Half-Life bots.
As you can also see, the little modpack I made "The Bot Pack" gets more attention then your Botpack, which is actually sad. What I did is basically gathering others work and sharing with others. But you made everything from scratch and it deserves recognition.
I don't think that old and broken bots deserves more attention, as they're more of a legacy at this point, your work needs more recognition and perhaps in my honest opinion you should upload your RCBots to Gamebanana or ModDb.
And make a guide about it like I did.
People will gladly give more feedback and even ideas about further development and perhaps push you even further to make good mods like this.
It's actually really nice to see a VERY flexible and configurable bots.

commands do btw ?
I'll report any bug I found to Github page.
I hope you're doing good
Let's hope robocop can continue to support RCBotOld.
His reworked bots are awesome.
The latest github link deleted for some reason but I already know the RCBotold link.
I'll check and try to configure it.
You see, if you ever played Half-Life or Quake, most players there are cracked, their aim and movement are beyond good.
I ain't saying you should make your bots VERY good like 0,1 reaction speed or something, but putting that as an option would be very good.
Your bot is already very customizable and flexible, although it has some bugs, it is still better than HPB and JK bot even tho RCBot's aim and movement is a little bit bad compare to them.
It's still your opinion but, being human-like doesn't always mean aiming bad or with delay, as some humans are excellent in video games.
For example expert Counter Strike Source bots, they are definitely bots, but they just don't feel like it at the same time. Even if you know they are bots, it's fun to play against them.
The bots are smarter than I thought, the only bad thing is they're not agressive and very glitchy with navigation.
Considering you are all alone with this project, I'm sure it'll take a while to develop proper AI.
Hopefully people can recognize your work.

I was taking a link for Foxbot to suggest people to use it. Since I can't put it on the botpack.
And randomly found the rcbotold project, which is... Updated ?
I saw some updates and decided to test it myself, the AI seems very well, like trying to dodge, duck and use good weapons.
But it seems like they're able to see or hear each other behind walls, so their navigation sometimes breaks..
I also tried it for Wizard Wars but seems like it's still in Alpha ? (They're not joining to any team and stuck spectator)
Just wanted to ask if you're continuing the project or not. Thank you for contribution to this good old games. And make them still playable after decades.
And added it to my BotPack {LINKKI POISTETTU}(https://gamebanana.com/mods/399440)
I know I shouldn't have add it before getting permission from you, sorry.
The whole purpose of my modpack is, some people doesn't know how to install Metamod and stuff, it's sometimes getting confusing and I wanted to share it with others. So they can use it.
I did not included Foxbot, since you already made folder just drag and drop type just like mine.
I hope you're fine with it.
(And of course I gave credit)
Btw, is there any old build of Foxbot with Half-Life support that also supports the latests build of metamod ?
Or is there any other Bot you know for Half-Life 1 ?
I heard RC1 bot with a Metamod 386 build support. I couldn't get it to work even after downgrading Metamod.
