Cool little game, devs keep supporting it with new content that seems to address the actual issues I feel when playing. It's not a major game title, just something you return to and play with here and there.

They did good.

What the ♥♥♥♥

As a dwarf fortress veteran, learning the new UI and controls makes me dearly miss the shortcuts I've memorized from years of play. It may have taken me double the time to do basic things, but it's a nice improvement.

Love the new music,
The new "tileset" is amusing,
Ambient sounds can get a little grating, especially when they do not line up at all with the area/what's happening.

Happy to support Zach and Tarn financially (again) given how many hours of entertainment they've provided me throughout the years.

I've spent more of my 6 hours of gametime either trying to get the game to work, or tricking it into letting me play. The game is full of bugs, both technical (crashes, sound not working, people who can't start the game at all), and in-game/gameplay (bugs, quests uncompleteable, undefeatable low tier agents, one henchman side quest in particular was hard to complete because my minions wouldn't capture him as required.)

THE GAME COULDN'T HANDLE HAVING MULTIPLE SOUND DEVICES, BECAUSE WHO EVER HEARD OF ANYONE WITH MULTIPLE SOUND DEVICES.

The tutorial is long, liniar, patronizing, and as far as I can tell unskippable/built into the game start. It even starts out telling you EXACTLY where to place your rooms... I had to tear down and rebuild it all right away, because it all gets placed terribly.

It's an inexcuseable release, both technically, and from what I can tell content/gameplay wise both from my own experience and others on the rebellion discord/reviews.

On top of alllllllllllllllllllllll of that, there's denuvo anti-tamper for a game which at this rate nobody will want to pirate. Talk about punishing your customers (the only people who suffer under anti-piracy measures).

I'll be requesting a refund on account of being literally unable to complete the game, when it even works.
