This game is one of the most thought-provoking "choose your own adventure" stories I have played. The Series as a whole is Excellent and you don't need to play the first to play the second. Now, while in my mind its what makes the series so good, (especially considering how America is right now (let's leave it at that)) if you haven't guessed from other reviews, LIS 2 has differently chosen topic/issue(s) that are very..hard to discuss...compared to first game. But seeing the other side is what this series does well.
