Actually a fantastic narrative driven sandbox.
Slowly progresses from sandbox to story driven game, very enjoyable, not overly scary but spooky enough.

I recommend this game, because it is a bug free, complete experience with good and thought through mechanics, a rare occurance.

Update - Absolutely dead game, don't play it


Devs are greedy, game is grindy.
Devs create artificial problems and sell you solutions. I am a veteran player, and saw this game worsen over time.
Players craft gear? Lower drops, add rudimental rarity that tripples the grind.
Battlepass with exlusive rewards that should feel special? Make them limited use, sell unlimited blueprints in premium packs.
Got a unique blueprint? Parts for it can only be gotten in premium shop or traded for with premium currency.

A lot of effort, a lot of time, low reward, low enjoyment value, skip it.

Great gameplay, Great Music, nothing to do. 10 hours in and you have seen the entire game, not all the features are implemented (literally "coming soon" sign) but the premium shop is ready and open for some reason. Still Beta

First half of the review still stands. Game is all about experience, not the story. Jasper Kyd did an amazing soundtrack. Sound and visual designs are top notch. Gameplay is perfect, think Vermintide 2 with guns, not left 4 dead, as they still have differences.

Right now (22.10.23) game has changed for much better experience, devs did a great job expandinbg build system and classes. There were balance changes and weapon tweaks, new content gets added from time to time. This is a long term project, and, hopefully, as it was with Vermintide 2.

Right now it is a good time to get started or return to the game, plays well, less strict meta, more build variety.

Can't enjoy this game, it's gameplay boils down to wxploiting every mechanic rather than enjoying the diversity of builds. You either abuse everyhing that you can or you get killed with little to no room for retaliation.

Very high quality rouge like game.
If you draw closes comparison - it would be Hades. Slower paced, more methodical, more cautions Hades. Yet this game still manages to put you on the edge of the seat sometimes (Especially final boss).

I love the aesthetics, graphical style and design choises.
The game mechanics are well executed and the game itself plays pretty well,

Enemy design is nice, but i personally found some absolutely obnoxious god awful enemies for myself, however, their destign still was good.

It gets a bit repetitive once you get used to it, and it does not provide an absolute abundance of content, however it will take you around 50 hours to max out all the contents, it took me 17 hours to beat the game to it's logical end, i don't really want to max out all the content.

It was well worth it, it was good fun and left very good impression, i recommend it!

Remaster works very well, only one problem i have encountered was some weird accumulative performance drop over a long session, that is fixed by restarting the game.

Other than that, game runs smoothly, for 2001, it is a great esperience, old school, tank controls, but it's pretty intuitive and gets very ncie after you rebing one or two keys.

Enjoyed every moment of it, will probably replay it as other characters (4 campaigns)

Очень серьезный претендент на полностью стелс-ориентированные игры, для своего возраста играется очень неплохо, но не без нареканий.

Довольно гибкий геймплей для стелс игр, можно подойти по-разному ко многим ситуациям в игре, к тому же все уровни можно спокойно пройти разными маршрутами, все вполне работают.

Из нареканий хочется указать на иногда ведущий себя странно ИИ, который может игрока не заметить практически в упор, а в другие моменты может моментально заметить вас из-за укрытия, случалось редко, но осадок остался.

Боевки в игре нет от слова совсем, все происходит нажатием одной кнопки для парирования и затем удара, драга с более чем одним противником вообще не имеет смысла, скорее всего можно сразу же загрузиться.

Дизайн довольно монотонный, палитра имеет в себе +- 4 цвета - серый, коричневый, синий и зеленый, но глаза не режет.

Сама по себе игра плавно учит игрока стелсу, по очереди дает инструменты, а затем кидает его в огонь ближе к концу игры. Игра довольно сложная, но как любитель стелс игр я получил удовольствие от прохождения, даже учитывая все минусы.

Однозначно стоит ознакомиться с этой игрой

Игра хороша и многообещающая. Но пока что советую попридержать коней до дальнейшей оптимизации и развития внутри Раннего Доступа.

Немного не хватает оптимизации, даже на 1060 6 GB и r7 1600 подтормаживает.

Касательно игры могу сказать, что весьма увлекательный, спокойный симулятор деконструктора. Самое то для неторопливого расслабона.

Это сложно описать словами, но это, пожалуй, самая лучшая игра во всех ее проявлениях, которую я когда-либо встречал.
Я знал, что Supergiant могут сделать качественную игру, но чтобы настолько...
Pyre - это эталон игры как творчества, а не товара. Однозначно рекомендую
