If you hate video-games; this is the *perfect* video-game.

Buy this game, mod it for a day, play it the next day, realize the game is absolute waste and don't play it for a few years.

Then, after years past; reinstall the game to give it another try, spend some more days modding and trouble-shooting, and remember how bad the game is.

Then buy GOTY on sale after the Fallout Show comes out (or get it for free because its pure dirt). Try to move all of your mods from the base game to your separate copy of GOTY, and break both of your copies of the game, this is the most crucial step for maximizing gameplay.

If you followed these steps correctly; congratulations, you're ready to play New Vegas, the *good* Fallout game.

I think I got this on a key-site for a dollar years ago. I wish Chris Chan was in the game. Maybe it *could* be a half-decent Fallout game, but you can't mod it. So it's kind of like Fallout 4 except its not even worth masturbating to.
