The best part of this game is exploring and doing small tasks around the island.
Besides that, the story is whatever, its very generic, the characters are boring and feel like fluff around the main story, completing their arc adds nothing to the story. Playing this game in Japanese feels like a downgrade, the lip syncing is bad and its very noticeable, taking you out of the game. Historical inaccuracies in this game never get in the way of enjoyment.

Still I recommend the game, because even though I have issues with the game, its still a fun enjoyable gameplay experience.

Not sure what to put in this review, its critically acclaimed for a reason. I have been putting off this play-through for a while, because like others it was very difficult to get into when I was younger. However I knew I would get around to this after playing Icewind dale & Pillars of Eternity. I can fully understand why this game was loved by my brothers growing up. It still holds up today if you like DND. Story is excellent, very cool map filled with interesting characters. Onwards to BG2!

It's a fun game. The fear of losing your best gear to a bat, because you're incapable of hitting a moving object is sublime.

You can see where the world started and what fallout 3, NV and 4 came from. It's a fun experience and well worth playing, the end boss is very creepy and disgusting, the story is interesting and worth following. My first play through ended with me restarting. I had became so irradiated that I would die instantly when I would travel, I had 10 other saves, but they were all in the same location, I was locked, so the only option was a new character :) . Some annoying things like companions getting in the way or shooting each other in the back, seems to be a running issue in fallout games... All in all a fantastic CRPG

It's a really great game, love the combat, feels very fluid. However very repetitive enemies and its around 3/4 hours long. It's environments are fantastic and I just wanted more. A slighlty more open game and less linear would of been nice. Look forward to seeing more from this studio :)

This game is tight, I remember seeing the box art when I was little, and wondering what it is.Finally played it and its excellent. It is old, it is janky and it is very difficult, at least in my eyes. Well worth playing (:

A fantastic game, a amazing world that will leave you wanting more. The characters you meet are all interesting and flesh the world out. Combat felt great, always able to mix it up with using different weapons or using different magic. Boss fights felt tough, but reasonable, only sometimes feeling repetitive. Very fun and charming game.

It's a fun game. Very enjoyable to collect the cars and race, I felt compelled to complete the campaign to get all the rewards. There is a lot of good here, however the game could really use a find game lobby for multiplayer. A way of browsing the top played community tracks is needed and maybe track of the week or something. Also PC controls for building a track are terrible and creating a track with a controller feels restricting. The basement seems pretty pointless.I look forward to the updates!
