Well folks, let me tell you, I just had a tremendous meeting with Leon Kennedy. This guy's a real hero but, let me be clear: Raccoon City, was a terrible tragedy. Worst tradegy since Obamacare. Many lives lost. Good people. Most of them were good. Not a lot of fans of me there, not important anymore. I warned that loser mayor about Umbrella that they weren't sending their best. I told him "those Umbrella people are liars!" I said to him. The Democrats failed the good people of Raccoon City.
