A nice indie title that's still being actively developed (released 2011) that you can easily lose a few (or more) days of your life into. Definitely would recommend for any RPG/Action/Adventure/Sandbox fans out there.

It was alright for the first couple of hours, but after that it became really dull.

Only thing going on for this is the unlocks. Gameplay itself is uninteresting, but you just might stick around to get your next thing unlocked. The psychological effect for this is called "Skinner box" or "Operant conditioning chamber", and if a game is relying entirely on this, it's almost never a good sign.

Overall, if you're looking for a game to play for a few hours, Meltdown might be for you. However, if you're looking for a game where long term time investment is worth it, this isn't the game for you.
