I will update this review as I get further into the game. [+] means a positive, [-] means a negative.

Start

The tutorials are simple to follow [+] and really teach you how to play the game [-]. However, they are reasonably short [-] and it is quite a jump from the final tutorial to the first challenge [-]. The idea behind the game is very clever [+] and original [+]. I think one possible downside to the game is the limit to the height that you can build [-], but I haven't got that far yet.

We all want to build factories to build more factories to build factories, don't we? The funny part is, that sounds mind-numbingly boring. How the developers of Factorio have managed to make this fun, I'll never understand, but they do it perfectly.

I purchased Factorio when it was in Alpha and have watched it grow over time. It's such a high quality game now, and it's still in early access. I'm eager to see what it will be like at the end of development.

For someone terrified of exploring the ocean (or exploring anything for that matter) this game really is not the thing to get. However, it's beautiful and also a great idea, so of course I recommend it.

If you liked Don't Starve, and you have friends, there isn't a reason that you shouldn't get this game. It's the full experience and (When your friends actually work together) you can achieve great things. It's not all easy though. You need to get more resources for you and your friends to survive successfully, but it's worth it when playing.

This game is really good, despite the fact that it's still in early access. I'm sure it'll get even better! I'd give it around a 9/10

It's good.... And the multiplayer's better :D But you need a good computer.

Almost all of my hours in this game are loading times. I don't like it, but it has fun parts.
