This game is everything I've wanted for YEARS. This game doesn't AT ALL deserve the review bombs that have come from Sony's PSN account antics. Free this game from the hate. Let it go back to its glory.

After more than a decade of disappointment, Baldur's Gate 3 goes out of its way to make me firmly optimistic in the future of video game development. I predict with crossed fingers that this game is awarded Game of The Year.

- Compelling story with classic D&D elements
- Verticality and depth to level design
- Varied rewards based on play style
- Broad narrative experience (So many routes for the story to go)

I am eager to see what's in store for future content in this game. Expanded story, additional spells, class levels, and subclass options could make this game a once-in-a-generation experience.

This game is exactly what we wanted it to be. By my count, there are *ZERO* issues that came in porting this game to PC. The dev team took every precaution to make PC players feel like they are playing a PC game. They could have easily charged a full $60 just for the Reach release, and I still would have bought it. YES. IT IS THAT GOOD!

Pros:
-Relive the glory days of Halo with new and improved graphics
-PC controls/settings are perfect - all your standard settings are there to let you maximize your game
-Play campaign with your online friends for the first time in AGES!
-HALO, YOU GUYS! IT'S HALO! ON PC!

Cons:
-You can only play Reach right now
-Some of the multiplayer maps/game modes are different, though I believe there are more coming
-You're playing on PC. People have much better aim than you might remember - git gud or git out.

All in all, this was a great way to start the MCC's transition to PC. I am hopeful they keep up the good work, and continue to roll out other games in the MCC, while considering the possibility of adding even *newer* content! (Also, mods are a thing!!)

Looking at these reviews, it's easy to say, "I won't buy this game," just because the massive amount of complaints. There are, however, some things to keep in mind:

1.The modding community is vast and creative, but rarely cooperative. People follow the thought process of, "Mod it till it breaks," and sometimes they do exactly that. This isn't to say that the vanilla game is perfect, but many issues sprout up with a massive amount of mods.

2.The player community is extremely, extremely friendly. Rarely have I had an experience where someone -randomly- raided my bases, stole my gear, etc. Even on the public, official servers, many disputes start and end the same way - With loads of fun, and dinosaurs!

3.Wildcard was at a point where people would criticize them for not going 'full release', and thus, they had to produce results. While this screwed over their larger, more loyal fanbase, I'm confident that they'll work out their issues and continue their regular updates.

Get this game if it's on sale. I've had it since just after launch, and I've never been so in love. In an era of boring, repetitive games, ARK was the one that kept me around. I won't be playing for a while. I'm going to let the game sit, and take some time to go through some developments. I just hope that it can push through the tough times.

If you're sitting here asking yourself, "Is it worth the money?" Get it. It is an AMAZING GAME! Just make sure you have some good friends to play with, and have a semi-beefy computer.
