Güllaç Tarifi İçin Malzemeler:
10 adet güllaç yufkası,
1,5 litre süt,
3 su bardağı toz şeker,
1 paket şekerli vanilin.
Süslemek İçin:
Nar taneleri,
File badem,
File şam fıstığı,
Kiraz şekerlemesi (her dilim için 1 adet).
Güllaç Yapılışı
Tencereye sütü, toz şekeri, vanilyayı tencereye koyalım ve orta ateşte karıştırarak kaynatıp, ılımaya bırakalım.
Fırın tepsisine parlak kısmı üste gelecek şekilde bir adet güllacı yerleştirelim.
Güllacın her yerini ıslayacak şekilde 1-2 kepçe kadar hazırladığımız karışımdan üzerine dökelim.
Güllaçların tamamı bitene kadar aynı işlemi tekrarlayalım.
Servis yapmadan 2-3 saat önce buzdolabından çıkaralım ve dilimleyelim.
Güllacın üzerini nar taneleri, şam fıstığı ve kiraz şekerlemeleri ile süsleyip, servis yapalım.
