amazing first impression, tight controls and pretty good ui customization (especially for the crosshair)
personally love the art style and character designs, it runs pretty well too

maybe I just haven't played it enough yet but I've been annoyed by so many changes and small things that I felt the need to write a review this early.
its not a BAD game but its a huge downgrade from ghostrunner 1 in so many ways just to quickly list a couple problems I have.
R to restart now only applies to after you die instead of whenever you want to restart from checkpoint
blocking is now based on holding down a button and looking in the general direction of an attack instead of skill
sensory boost feels really off somehow but I honestly cant explain
dash sliding is seemingly much more inconsistent

if you played ghostrunner more for the story then anything else or on assist mode this would be for you 100% but otherwise I just cant recommend with the 53$ price tag

missing most all dlc from evolved at the moment but is definitely a major upgrade, yes its never gone above 31 fps even on lowest possible settings while evolved would hit 80 on medium, poorly optimized and has quite a few of the same bugs as evolved but has plently of quality of life improvements (all rocks are now minable instead of chosen seemingly at random, dinasuars are generally weaker and less likely to completly erase hours of gathering) I'd reccomend if you have a high or higher mid end pc.

the first playthrough is the most fun ive ever had playing a visual novel, every ending is pretty unique and the writings fantastic the whole way through. once you get 3 or 4 endings though it can be kind of annoying seeing alot of the same scenes but thats inherrent to any multi ending visual novel overall 10/10

this game sucks you in, its fun for the first few hours and then you start to understand the game proper. nothing makes any ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sense and the balance is abhorrent, maybe fix the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game and balance it properly before you add new characters

this game doesnt feel bad but thats how it gets you. Overwatch 1 was amazing for a few years then pretty good then okay this game is just sad when I was playing it I always felt worse it actually really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ with my mood and I wasn't even playing ranked or taking it that seriously.

spoiled the entire story of the first game for myself so this is the first time I'm properly experiencing any subnuatica. amazing not perfect my sea truck aqurium got stuck on an iceberg that it got built on top of and there was no way to move it without almost breaking my truck. alot of fun
