Das Einzige was mir im Spiel ohne Ausnahme gefällt - ist die Musik, mit der Brad Fiedel die Filme unsterblich gemacht hat. Alles andere wie Szenerie, Steuerung, Kampf und Spielwelt kam mir grob, klumpig, ungeschliffen, eintönig und ohne jegliche Herausforderung vor.

Der Plot ist nicht schlecht aber vorhersehbar und enthält auch keine Überraschungen, die mein Verständnis des Terminator Universums auf den Kopf gestellt hätten. Vielleicht ist es auch besser so. Lieber man arbeitet mit etwas, das durch die Zeit getestet wurde, erfolgreich ist und funktioniert, als sich dämliche Handlungsstränge aus den Fingern zu saugen (siehe Terminator 3 - 6).

Habe es zu Ende gespielt, da die Errungenschaften sehr leicht sind und ich die 100% wollte.

Well, Blair Witch...

It's difficult for me to rate this game cuz still influenced by the movies (mostly the first one), I'd expected this whole Blair Witch setup would go in a complete different direction (Doesn't mean it's bad). So nothing structured now, just some impressions:

I was soaked with great atmo at the begining of the game (sweet anticipation I guess), trying my best to spot the witch, hiding behind the trees which gave me the creeps with every rustle that I heard (thanks Bullet^^). Again like I said, I went in with certain expectations and there is nothing you can do about it. But I was surprised, the devs built in some mechanics and plot twists that giving this game as a "Blair Witch" project it own and independent flair.

But I have to admit that these feelings that I had in the beginning, disappeared in mid and end game. I can't describe why this happened and why I had this light "sigh-moment" of relief when the game ends, without going to deep in detail and coming up with spoilers. But in hindsight I can say that I'm not satisfied. Here, I'm missing the main ingredient that made this whole story about a witch in the woods of Maryland thing so popular and interesting for me - Hopelessness! The feeling that you can't hide, can't escape and she has eyes on you everytime and everywhere, this pressure of darkness and invisible evil that seems to hide behind every noise and nature itself was just not there. To be honest, I felt damn cozy-comfortable in this witch cursed forest and always tried to beat my "snake" record during the caffee breaks... So, in other words - unconvinced, this is not how I would like to see my "Blair Witch" game.

In the end some technical and other aspects:

After three patches there are still bugs that require a re-load of your sav.game files. Surprising... [More patches incoming]. It's short, only 6-8 hours gameplay. Is it worth 30€? I dunno...

However, I give it a buy recommendation cuz I think that the majority will still enjoy this game.

The guys at "Toffer Team" took the easy way out... view, cheap looking pics, with weird proportions and a story written during a session on the pog. Mby add simply some gem minigames next time?!

A short, inky, trigger-happy western shooter game, for some fun during your lunch breaks.

Oh those memories... =) VR-Tour of Deckard's appartment, nice 3D feeling.

This game is beyond any description... A unique journey through the land of viking's myths and human psyche with cinematic elements. One of the best game stories I've ever played. Don't miss this experience!
