i've played this game when i was a kid. was addicted to it and it totally deserved my addiction. it's an amazing game and i think they made a right decission by adding Steam Workshop to it. the workshop makes the game more alive and gives new experiences each time you replay it, revisit it. I hope NMRIH2 also gets a steam workshop support shortly after releasing
