SPANISH OMELETTE RECIPE:

Ingredients
500g new potato
1 onion, preferably white
150ml extra-virgin olive oil
3 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley
6 eggs

METHOD:

Heat 150ml extra-virgin olive oil in a large frying pan, add the potatoes and onion and stew gently, partially covered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until the potatoes are softened. Strain the potatoes and onion through a colander into a large bowl (set the strained oil aside).

Beat 6 eggs separately, then stir into the potatoes with 3 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley and plenty of salt and pepper. Heat a little of the strained oil in a smaller pan.

Tip everything into the pan and cook on a moderate heat, using a spatula to shape the omelette into a cushion.

When almost set, invert on a plate and slide back into the pan and cook a few more minutes.

-Rep, So i met this guy in a csgo lobby once, he rushed B with me once so i asked if he can play some more. We really became good frends and i asked him to voicechat with me, so he did. He had a nice painting behind him: it was red and had a white circle with a strange symbol that has 90 degree angles in the lines. So anyway i am getting off topic, We became good friends and asked him to meet irl. We decided to meet up at his house, so we did. First this guy was alright and all, but then he put something weird in my drink, but he didn't see me that i saw that. I drank anyway and fell to sleep, I woke up in a room with the nice painting.
