For everybody complaining about the lack of monsters, remember the following:

Iceborne also had a pretty shallow starting roster, with a handful locked behind extremely high MR counts.
We have 3 Title Updates confirmed for the year, with more to come next year as well. Lucent Nargacuga and Seething Bazelgeuse are already confirmed alongside more monsters in that same update.
It's still not done. Be patient.

And to those whining about the paid layered sets: This isn't the first time they've done paid cosmetics. They did the same thing in world for weapon pendents, and I think the Yukomo set was also a paid armor set.
Stop whining about it. This is not the first time they've done this, and they aren't locking game breaking content behind a paywall like EA would. It's purely cosmetic and changes NOTHING.

I stand with modders.

40 bucks for one of the best game series ever made. Beautiful music, immersive gameplay, and the multiplayer that jump started an entire console line. And that's talking about the console version.

The PC version, while demanding, is like the whole experience from each game's release, but optimized so well for the other side of gaming. If I wasn't running on an old Lenovo laptop, I'd probably be so far into the deep end playing this, I'd at LEAST be the equivalent of a gold rank player on here.

To make a long story short, worth the 40 bucks 100%. Just be ready to need a bigger gu- I mean computer.
