This game takes up about 90% of my life at the moment.

Very addictive, and its (almost) constant updates add some reason to play. Sure, the final boss (not spoiling what it is!) can be overwhelming, but there's no better feeling than hearing that thing roar and explode in a blaze of glory when you beat it. After you beat the final boss, there's really not much else to do; at that point, it just becomes a case of, "Oh! I want my character to look like this!" -- for me, anyway.
But that's why there's MODS!
Simply install tModLoader to install an array of mods -- all of which improve the game or add COMPLETELY new content -- like my personal favorite mod so far, the Calamity Mod.

There's so much content and expansion to the game. There's something for everyone; like exploring? Got it. Wanna kill a bunch of monsters? There's a dungeon. Enjoy just building things for the heck of it? There's lots of things you can use to improve your building experience. There's even a great community to this game -- It's not as cancerous as Minecraft or Roblox or you name it.

I HIGHLY recommend you get this game.

By the way, no, this game is NOT just 2D Minecraft. There is SO much more content in this game than Minecraft will likely EVER have. So, it's more like Minecraft on Super Steroids.

This game is very fast-paced and SO addictive. The endless possibilities of what you can make are a very important part of a building game, and this game presents that concept perfectly. Anyone who wants to be an engineer or just wants an addictive battle game should get this game.
