Ok this game is....not what i had in mind. I may be 18 years old but i used to play alot of old computer games like doom, Duke Nukem and Postal were my personal favorites. The Game play is... ok, the graphics were fine which led me wondering why people gave it a bad review, when i played it i felt as if this was not even considered a Duke Nukem game.... I Fell if this game were to have someone else in it instead of Duke this would be a fantastic game, however 3d Realms kept delaying and now we got this. As a fan this game is not worth it, you will be really disappointed, For several reasons like the ability to kick your enimies is gone, duke barley talks to ayone interacting with him, he canonly carry two weapons, and those are like Duke's greatest assets, you take that away from him and you just have some blond a-hole Duke wannabe running around i am sorry to say. It was a good thing i tried this game for myself, the same thing happened with Postal 3 people hated so much but when i played it, i felt at home, with Duke Nukem forever i felt like i wasn't even playing as Duke. For someone who has never heard of Duke Nukem before this game would be ok for you to buy, but any Duke Nukem fans... i fell it's not worth it but thats only my opion over all it is a pretty sharp game.

this mod is good, but it falls short... hell it is short mainly because all you do is shoot some enimies (which are not explained) and you fight a boss, thats it. A great effort and great remodles but why is it like only 5 minutes long ! If you are curious try the mod out but if you don't want to waste your time don't download it I rate this mode down.

I changed this review more than once and it's hard for me to settle on a positive or negative rating. The game is great and comes with a lot of customization choices which I really love seeing in a lot of games. "Some" of the heists in the game are amazing, and they're even adding the heists from the first PayDay which is super incredible. Similar to the first game, it got boring very quickly, mainly because once you did everything in the game there wasn't anything else for you to do. Luckily for us Overkill changed this by adding Daily’s and more achievements than you could imagine in a game. However it has its “sometimes disappointing “moments. It’s not the games fault it’s mainly Overkill making poor choices towards the game. If I learned one thing from my 4-5 years of playing PayDay it's this, never expect great things from Overkill. I'm sorry to say but it's true. They don't really care about their community all that much and it sucks. A lot of people complain about new DLC's and New Characters, Those people are just losers, and they miss the bigger picture. Instead of complaining about Jiro's Son (Character in the game) why don't you complain about the stealth in Firestarter Day 1? Instead of complaining about the new difficulties, why don't you complain about some of the impossible unfair camera placements in some heists? You should know by now that Overkill isn't going to do what makes us happy, they're going to do what makes them money. Like it took them 3 whole years to implement Safe House Customization! 3 Years! and it's not even what we expected it to be at all. Again that's something we want as a community, if it doesn't make Overkill Money, then it doesn't get added into the game. So if you're reading this review wanting to buy the game, go for it yeah, you'll have hours of fun, epically with friends. You'll probably have even more hours of fun customizing masks and weapons. Just don't focus on the companies decisions, just enjoy the game and you'll have fun. If you're someone who plays PayDay a lot and is reading this. Learn to be like me when it comes to Overkill's choices, don't complain so much about new things that they're adding, focus on the game not the company. With us doing that who knows, we might just have a community like Valve's, where the community is fixing all the problems and are putting in content for ourselves. I mean we are getting there slowly, we already have a workshop so "that's handy as ♥♥♥♥" ~Jimmy. One more thing I don't like about this game and this is kind of like a small personal issue my friends and I have with the game. We feel like the direction of Payday is going out of orbit. The game used to be about heists you'd see in movies like Heat, The Town, etc. Now-a-days some of the newer heists just feel like Call Of Duty missions, like some kind of Expendables movie, I wish they wouldn't stick with heists where you're stealing a UMP Bomb to invade Russia. Give us something we know could really happen to the PayDay gang like stealing from a large cargo ship, or breaking into a successful company and stealing their stock. More like that, not like, fight an entire black ops team while flying a plane to Germany to deliver illegal drugs.
