Its "eh." TLDR: Play NFS Heat instead.
The extraction game mode is interesting, but it needs a lot of refinement.
There are no ai racers in multiplayer, but they have added back in the OG drag racing, and a cop chase game mode which was interesting for me. The style is alright, progression is really weird - I didn't like it. I ran into issues with the controller not properly working with this game, and the game refusing to launch on multiple occasions. The story was "eh" for me. I put in about 12 or so hours into it, and then got bored and jumped into online with some mates. The game really seems to deserve the mixed reviews, as that is how the game is. It felt a lot like a reskinned NFS Heat, but heat had a better online freeroam system IMO.

Side note, there is still no Supra in a NFS game. :/

Good game. Combat sucks. Nice graphics. Lacks flavour. Mods really boost it.

Game keeps crashing with the character I play, I contacted support and they (after going through a series of steps) said just wait for a patch. I've been waiting for over a year now. Nice work.

Imagine having over 150 hours and still never finishing the game lol...

Despite Bethesda milking it, it still remains the best RPG to date.

Stopped playing for 4 years, came back, and had a blast playing it after all the patches and updates. Good game. Congrats to CD Project Red for fixing the disastrous launch. It's now a solid game.

13/12/2020 - TLDR Wait a few months, then buy it.
CONS:
-30 Hours in, and game breaking bugs that stop you from progressing are too common.
-The vehicles drive like trolleys and aren't grounded. Look, I know its not Forza, but even the cars in GTA Vice City feel better to drive.
-No vehicle modifications
-"Open world" that you can't interact with.
-NPCs are dryer than a desert.
-Shooting feels off.
-Visual bugs are very common.
-Romance options were advertised as "many options" yet in reality its 1 for each V gender (was expecting Witcher 3 levels here).
-Enemies often spot you through walls, or cover. Enemies often hack you through them too. Even if you are stealth.
-AI is dumb as ♥♥♥♥.
-AI often just freezes in the middle of a fight.
-The lifestyle backgrounds are nothing but 5 minute intros. The whole game plays out pretty much the same despite the lifepaths you start with.
-No mini-games (even SanAndreas had some sort it, remember training at the gym? The fitness bar to customise your character? Eat, get fat, train, get buff? This game is ancient now, yet it has more than Cyberpunk.
-Games spawn rate for vehicles & NPCs is really off. If you drive for long enough, the just stops spawning them completely. Probably a bug/glitch.

PROS:
-Story is really good.
-Most of the main characters are really interesting.
-Keanu
-Graphics are really nice on a 1070.
-The music is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ masterpiece.
-The voice acting is amazing.

10 hours in and the game just gets better and better.
Running on HIGH settings with a 1070.

Story is fantastic.
There are quite a lot of bugs.

The focus trees are interesting, if you enjoy sitting there AFK until 1945

Good game, nostalgic

Paradox delivers their flagship. Very fun and intuitive addition to the series.
Bonus points for a good tutorial.
