È la seconda volta che finisco questo gioco. La prima volta l'ho giocato come May, la seconda come Cody, con due persone diverse: prima con un amico e poi con il mio ragazzo. La persona con cui giochi aggiunge qualcosa in più, ma non intacca troppo l'esperienza, grazie anche al level design che è facile da comprendere: è difficile confondersi ed è tutto molto ben pensato e veloce da capire. Le numerose meccaniche rendono il gioco scorrevole e fluido. Il design generale di tutto il gioco è incredibile, e permette di immergersi facilmente nei personaggi (anche se credo che siano delle grandissime teste di cazzo May e Cody risolvete come adulti, idioti) e nelle loro storie. Gli sviluppatori hanno fatto delle scelte davvero intelligenti che rendono l’esperienza unica, incredibile da vedere e ascoltare, ma soprattutto divertente da giocare e difficile da dimenticare. Senza contare le numerose reference che si trovano in game, che sono delle trovate che mi sono piaciute molto, insieme a tutte le attività secondarie che si possono fare, come interagire con gli NPC, i minigiochi, o dare fastidio al proprio partner. Le cutscene non sono saltabili, e secondo me è una scelta positiva: non durano troppo e sono ben integrate. Senza di esse, il gioco non sarebbe lo stesso. Non risultano fastidiose e riescono a dare il giusto mood.

The comfort we crave turns into a prison, and the carefree existence becomes an endless loop of monotonous days and fleeting pleasures. I can’t take this anymore. He can see. He can feel. He knows. I want to be like him so badly. His indifference.. I need it. And he knows. I see the haunting possibility of my own fate. Is it too late? Yeah. Probably. It’s too late. I’ve crossed the threshold, and there’s no turning back. Every night, I feel his presence, a dark silhouette watching from the shadows. I hear his laughter, a sinister chuckle that reverberates through the recesses of my mind, gnawing at my sanity. Garfield is entartained. He delights in my misery, my futile attempts to escape... I dont want to talk about it. But The more i struggle, the tighter his grip becomes, suffocating me in a never ending cycle of despair. I see it now, the horrifying truth. Garfield is an eternal tormentor, We are bound to him His indifference is a weapon, his apathy a curse that we willingly embrace, only to find ourselves trapped in an inescapable nightmare. Is it too late? Garfield has always been there, he is a silent observer of my downfall. We are lost, I AM LOST. forever condemned to a life devoid of meaning, where each passing day is a reminder of the sinister force that controls us. There is no escape, no salvation. Garfield's realm is our reality now, and there is no turning back. You are not safe too.

Postal 2. L'ho finito e, non capisco come le pesone ai tempi si fosserò fissati con questo titolo in maniera negativa. Non era niente di così eclatante anche per i tempi, la violenza nei film e in televisione era già molta. Il titolo è ancora oggi divertente sia come comicità cruda che il gameplay. è ancora molto veloce e molto divertente da giocare. Ha i suoi problemi ma ogni volta che inizio una run, mi capita di scoprire qualcosa di segreto e nuovo, che prima non sapevo anche dopo le ore di gioco che mi sono fatta. C'è da dire che ancora non ho finito Paradise Lost, e spero che troverò il tempo per farlo presto. Per il resto, è un gioco che mi gasa ancora molto.
