This is the first and only Uncharted game I've played, and I can say I thoroughly enjoyed it. The main reason why I wanted to play it was because I was itching for something like Tomb Raider, and while this isn't exactly that, it's really good nevertheless. Personally, I didn't enjoy it as much, but it scratched that itch and I've still had a really great time with it. I won't compare them anymore because I don't think they should be compared.

First of all, you technically get two games in one as U4: A Thief's End and The Lost Legacy are two entirely different stories that share some characters, with different protagonists, but identical gameplay. The stories of both of them are really great, fragmented in chapters, and basically linear with no side stuff to do, but as far as storytelling goes, they are emotional, compelling, and very much worth going through. Personally, I liked Chloe's story more, though Drake's is just as excellent.

Gameplay-wise, there's not much to complain about, it's about what you'd expect from an action-adventure. Puzzles aren't bad, never complicated really, but they can feel repetitive, especially in The Lost Legacy, where the puzzle with rotating pieces that need to align is extremely overused. The combat is decent and with a good range of different weapons. You're also not always forced into open-fire combat, you can take it slow and stealthy, and while this is pretty satisfying, there's no real incentive for you to do it that way. Unfortunately, enemies do feel like bullet sponges even on normal difficulty sometimes, but it's not really an issue.
Terrain traversal is pretty smooth, climbing is pretty good for the most part, and the times where I failed a jump or fell off I felt were rarely the game's fault. Running around often feels a little too slow, I found myself rolling a lot trying to sprint, but there is no sprint. Driving the 4x4 around is pretty fun, especially in the more open areas.
Talking of open areas, here comes an issue that annoyed me quite a bit, there are a bunch of collectibles and treasures to find and all that, scattered everywhere, so the game invites you to explore and search for them, however, a lot of the time there is no marked or obvious path you need to go on to progress the story, which will end with you going there by mistake a lot while trying to find everything there is to find and explore, and most of the times, the game lock you in there and you can't backtrack. This gets frustrating very quickly if you are the kind of player who likes to explore everything.

Visually, it looks fantastic, especially in the lower-lighted areas. And it runs pretty smoothly, on a 4 year old, mid-range at the time, laptop, I had no issues whatsoever with the games, on mid to high settings, getting between 45 and 60 FPS at all times, with no crashes or drops at all in my experience.

Achievement-wise put plain and simple, it's a pain in the ass. If you are a completionist and want to 100% this, I'd avoid that cause it's tedious, unsatisfying and plain annoying. There are some fun achievements, but they are few and far between. Despite there being over 100 achievements and the game being fragmented into chapters, there are no progression achievements. What there are plenty of them for though is collectibles, which aren't marked anywhere and are very very easy to miss. Also, other than those, you have a s***load of specific kill achievements that require precise actions and weapons, or specific orders you need to kill enemies in different ways in a specific amount of time. These are just plain unfun.
What helps is that you can replay chapters or even just combat encounters whenever you want, even using in game cheats or aim lock, so you can get most of these done after finishing the game.

The Forgotten City has blown my expectations out of the water. Looking at the screenshots and presentation of the game, I wasn't sure what to expect really, but it certainly wasn't such a rich and polished game. This isn't a game about action, battle, killing, or any of that. You will talk a lot with many characters and run around searching for clues and completing tasks in order to learn and progress the story that way. So if you're looking for action, this is not the game for you. However, if you are looking for a really good narrative story, well told, through simple, yet charming and fun, characters, and a really good world-building, I highly recommend this.

You find yourself sent into the past, during the times of Ancient Rome, in a weird, inescapable, city dominated by one simple and extremely important rule, the golden rule that states that "the many shall suffer for the sins of the one". Now you need to learn more about this rule, the city, and the citizens, with their issues and mysteries, and find ways to solve these issues, keep the people from sinning in order to avoid dooming everyone, and perhaps even find a way to salvage them.

On the technical side, the game looks pretty good and runs smoothly for the most part. It's not perfectly optimized, but I haven't encountered any big issues.
The voice acting is great! The lip-syncing isn't always perfect, but I've definitely seen much worse from games with probably thousandfold budgets.
Gameplay is quite simple and basic, but that seems to be the intended way, and completely bug-free, at least in my playthroughs.

Full achievement completion shouldn't give anyone who wants to go for the 100% much of a headache. Though not all achievements are straightforward, and most require you to do specific things, they aren't bothersome, and with a first look over the achievements before your initial playthrough, you should be able to get most done without much trouble. And for the rest, a guide should easily take you to completion.

Genuinely extremely fun to play with friends, However, connectivity issues are omnipresent, sometimes you can't even get into games for no apparent reason. That paired with the awful Uplay launcher makes me not want to recommend this. You are better off playing a knock-off until they solve those issues or get rid of the Uplay launcher, neither of which will realistically happen.

Wonderful slice-of-life, point-and-click adventure game. Explore the town, talk to the mutant locals, do some gardening, and discover everyone's story. Lots of reading to do, but the dialogues are very well-made and charming. Every character is interesting in their own way and has great depth. The journal always lets you know what you have to do next so you're never left wandering around cluelessly to how you are supposed to progress the story. The soundtrack is great and matches the relaxing nature of the game, and I loved the simple yet gorgeous 2D art style.
The achievements are pretty easy, though if you want to complete them all, I'd recommend taking a look at a guide so as not to accidentally skip some missable actions you need to do for certain achievements.

Adorable little game about exploring and just enjoying your time. The game is perfect if you want something to just chill and relax. Your main objective is to reach the peak of the mountain, however, to do that, you'll need to find and collect feathers to improve your flight and climbing ability. While exploring the pretty small, but very charming map, you'll meet a lot of other characters, each with their own little task or quest for you.
I love that there is a setting for how pixelated you want your pixel-art graphics to be, and you can make it super smooth if that's how you wish to experience the game.
Getting all achievements isn't complicated, but it might be a little tricky if you're not lucky enough to find every "collectible" on the map by just pure gameplay. As there is no map or any way to check for what you've missed, your best bet will be to just fly around the map and pay attention to what you might've missed. But it's not too bad overall. I've only missed one thing in the end after just going through the game normally.

Wonderful platformer about trauma and loss. Every aspect of the game is perfect. The visuals are gorgeous, every frame is a work of art, screenshot-worthy. The soundtrack is top-notch, I find myself listening to it even on its own, which I don't usually do. The platforming is great, and the controls are smooth and quite easy. All around, Gris is a game absolutely worth experiencing at least once, especially for the visuals and music combo that's magnificent.

A Tale of Paper is a short, 2.5D adventure platformer, heavily inspired by Little Nightmares, that looks promising, charming, and pretty but is quite lackluster, and impossible to 100% due to a broken achievement.
It is not really a bad game, but I can not recommend it due to the terrible keyboard controls and lack of a remapping setting, which makes certain actions and movements incredibly frustrating, and the aforementioned broken achievement, which is an issue the devs knew about for almost 2 years now and have not bothered fixing, and it might be safe to say that they probably never will.
If all you're looking for is something chill to kill a couple of hours with, then maybe this is worth it for you, but only if you're planning on using a controller and do not care for achievement completion.

I've loved Oxenfree, and I can say that I am really happy with how Oxenfree II turned out! The atmosphere is what I loved most about the first game, and it didn't fail to capture and draw me in again. The art style perfectly complements the aesthetic and vibe of the game as a whole. It has a few less actually scary moments than the first game, but that doesn't stop it from always keeping you on the edge.

The story continues the one from the first game, although at the start it doesn't exactly seem like it, toward the end, the plot opens more and the plot reveal is quite satisfying. One thing though, you could play this as a stand-alone story, but it is pretty tightly connected to the first game's characters and plot, especially to Alex. I don't imagine it having nowhere the same impact without even knowing who Alex is.

For commodity or accessibility purposes, the game can be easily playable one-handed, whether that is mouse-only or keyboard-only. Or a combination of the two. One complaint I'd have here though, I wish you could remap the keybindings, for one specific reason: only using the keyboard, choosing dialogue options is done by pressing J, I, or L for each of the 3 options. It would be a lot more convenient if these were simply 1, 2, and 3.

The one thing that bothered me a bit about the game was the few times dialogues would just overlap. It doesn't happen too much, but it can happen, which is very annoying. You may be talking to someone already, and a second dialogue might suddenly start with a different character, and neither of them will wait for the first dialogue to finish. They just mix together. This made me just sit still when a conversation would begin to make sure that it goes smoothly.

To any completionists out there, there's no hard-to-get achievement, especially if you're using a guide, however, you can't do it all in one playthrough, and in fact, you're going to need at least 3 full playthroughs. It is unlikely that you will need any more than that though.

Really cool puzzle side scroller. Quite short, can be easily done in one sitting, The art style is great, very Tim Burton-inspired, and the characters and game overall have a Little Nightmares feeling to them which makes for a pretty nice atmosphere. The puzzles are the simplest but are easy enough not to become frustrating. You don't really get any hints or directions whatsoever throughout the game, but that's not much of an issue as most things are quite intuitive, although, you might just repeatedly die and repeat certain points a few times until you figure out how to approach the situation.
There are a few pretty annoying achievements, mostly related to speedrunning, so if you're the kind to 100% everything, you might want to rethink playing this, but other than that, the game is absolutely worth giving it a try. And don't skip the 2 free DLCs as well.
Also, the dev is an awesome guy. He sent a handwritten, thank you postcard to every player that wanted one back in 2022, and that's an incredible thing to do in my opinion, so kudos to you sir!
