SO worth it. It’s the only desktop app that has post process sharpening which combined with super sampling makes desktops on my pimax super clear.

Window cropping is excellent. Intuitive controls. Seriously, it’s not crap. Def worth it.

Any software that can be 90% learned within an hour of messing around has made good design choices. I love how small the brushes let you get for fine details. The decimation feature to reduce vertices (I think they’re called) is cool. If this app added sculpting and full painting with textures, adjusting things like specular, normal maps, ambient occlusion, displacement etc, it would be the absolute go to app. Hopefully the devs are moving towards that goal. Well done so far!

Now with pc players being able to play gun heart makes for an even better game. I really like this one.

Feels like the way skyrim was always intended to be played. Those dang mountains are so beautiful. I’ve played probably around 2k hrs of vr. This is the best vr game. The graphics are amazing, it runs great even on low end machines. It’s just really awesome. Worth every last penny.

This review is mainly for the dev than anyone else. I think this game is beautiful visually. It met many of my checklists for a good vr game, but the games current state needs work.
Pros:
-I’ve played all the triple a vr games just about, and these graphics really do rival if not better.
-Destructible buildings? Seriously? Thats freaking awesome
-that fog is beautiful in vr
-the bullet rebound sounds vary depending on material was a lovely attention to detail.
- the guns felt good to hold and shoot
-the music wasnt bad
-the fact that destructed buildings and glass are persistent is very immersive and ive never seen that before.
-holy smokes some of those experimental guns were awesome.
-bullet impact sounds have randomized variable pitch. Well done!

Needs more work:
-the directional locomotion is at a snails pace. Its terribly too slow and probably the most unforgivable issue with the game currently.
-the controller start menu is a bit hard to click options on it.
-the enemy damage dealt is tremendously overpowered.
-the direction locomotion, while it does have controller directed movement, doesnt have a backwards or strafe movement.
-Another huge never ever do with current vive games thing is have “hold down trackpad button to run”. It just destroys your trackpad even faster than they currently get wrecked. Make it touch to move, click and maintain touch to run (not held down, just touching)
-bullets seem to have a difficult time reaching distant enemies as if some indivisible collision is stopping bullets from reaching.
-enemy ai needs more states. Alert from noise, visual, an fellow nearby ai going down within visual or heard a suspicious noise.
-starting area, was hard to figure out how to start the game, until i finally followed that arrow with no label.
-the rate of fire on many guns is identical and should be more realistic.
-same goes with the firing sounds
-guaranteed adding tons of npc giblets on exterminating them will give this game an edge if you go super over the top with it. Just saying. Like sort of “futuristic Gorn vr” (gorn is a game with gratuitous violence lol)

In short, locomotion needs to be way faster. Play “pavlov vr”.
DO NOT MAKE THIS A WAVE SHOOTER!!!!!!! Please trust me nobody will buy another wave shooter. You seem to have the talent to do way more. Go for a story. Or do mini campaigns like left4dead and make it multiplayer.

Looks promising so far, keep up the good work. Way to go with the graphics by the way and also the persistent damagable buildings, thats pretty unseen before.
Good luck!
