I guess the vibe is there and it does what the description advertises, so I suppose you can't really hate it. But it just lacks all depth. Even for a "not really a game"- game. It's like reading a good tweet, maybe. It's good for literally 10 minutes.

After that, it gets boring and repetitive, immediately. There aren't really multiple endings (as far as I could tell at least), there's just win/lose. The user input thing feels broken to a point where it would have been better if it just wouldn't be there at all. And that's all there is to say about this game.

I suppose the pricing is all right and I don't hate it, but it doesn't deserve the "overwhelmingly positive" rating. I'd argue it's more of an issue with the way Steam shows these ratings, though. There aren't 1-5 stars, it's just thumbs up and thumbs down. In my opinion, this game is a very solid 3/5. It's okay. In fact, it's so overwhelmingly "okay" that almost nobody doesn't like it. Which on Steam makes it look like it's a 5/5 game. And I think that's just not the case here. So don't take my downvote as me hating the game. Instead, it's me trying to balance out the review score. It's okay. But it's not a 5/5.

Would never have guessed that a boring card game can be so much fun for so long. 10/10

Fun game! It's like Surviving Mars, but with conveyor belts. I'm only two hours in as of yet, so I can't speak on how it will play out in terms of balancing and late game content, but the story so far is well crafted.

Some minor feedback to the developers as it has just released (and I don't want to join a Discord server): Let me cancel actions (like the right click quick access menu, the building selection or open panels) using ESC. I constantly keep opening the pause menu by accident. Also, please allow me to keybind the tech tree and the demolish option.

Cute. Lacks a bit of depth in the long run, but for the price it's certainly enjoyable.

You like factory builders? And maybe Cities Skylines? Okay. Then buy this game. Now.

It has just been released in Early Access and the research tree is already huge! There is a ton of content and with 18 hours of play time I'm just about half way through the research tree, having not even built everything I unlocked because I just don't have the time! And it gets more complex by the minute (but in a good way)!

I really like how resource management was tackled here. It's intuitive and simple, but highly effective. And the fact that you have to physically alter the map with excavators and dump trucks is awesome. It's not just a GUI saying "you have x amount of resources left", you can actually see the resources disappearing as you tear through the ground. It's a lot of fun to think about where to next get your resources from, and it's not just a pain you have to deal with, like with other games. Also, you have to think about recycling and reducing pollution, which is a nice added challenge.

So yeah. Buy it. You can always refund it if you don't like it, so there's no real risk in trying.

It's hard to keep your cool during this game. It's intense. I like it.

I feel like this game has potential, but it doesn't seem like it's there yet, and since this game didn't get any updates in the last three years, I feel like at this point, I can't recommend it. Yes, the concept is good and it seems like you can have fun with it, judging by the other reviews, but:
- The GUI is plain bad. For a management game, that's kind of important.
- The tutorial breaks if you press the wrong button at the wrong time, and was clearly an after-thought during development. Luckily, the mechanics are quite simple, so you can still get the hang of it.
- It feels like the AI (competitors) don't follow the same rules. They appear to be able to research a lot faster without worrying about dependencies, which is frustrating.
- I don't see how this game gets more interesting after the first 30 minutes. It's just research, upgrade, research, upgrade...
- Again, the GUI. No scaling options. On a 4K monitor, it's tiny.

These are all relatively minor things that the developers *could* easily fix, but, alas, they didn't.

I like planes.

Not too many build options and the UI could be better, but it's well balanced (from what I can tell until now) and fun to play. Basically Prison Architect, but with planes.
