It's taken over my ADHD riddled brain and I can't put it down, rimworld wasn't scratching the itch for me anymore after 1000+ hours and then I decided to try this again. It's like quitting alcohol for heroin, I'm stuck on it now and can't stop.

If you love watching numbers go up and 63 year old grandmas using ancient feces as a weapon of mass destruction, I highly suggest it!

it's incredibly frustrating that this isn't part of the base game

The death spiral on this game is too difficult to escape from once it starts and it's just not fun.

Low mood - people do dumb things - ships fails - lower mood - people do dumber things - ship fails

You can't break out of this and the trial and error is not rewarding, for every problem I figure out ten more pop up

I'm investigating the murder of Onni Johnson, killed by a small pistol round in his apartment. Fingerprints show three different matches, his, and two unknown. After a wild goose chase around town I finally pin down one of the other pairs, as I knock on the door to question them - another woman charges into the room, killing my questioned witness cold blooded with a pistol - her name? Violet Diag, the third pair of finger prints, attempting to silence the final witness. Quick reflexes let me knock her out, cuff her and arrest her. I fill out my form and send it to the city hall. My social credit increases, I am paid a pittance.

As a World War II veteran, I have to say that Total War: Warhammer 3 is a far cry from the kind of warfare I experienced. However, I can appreciate the level of strategy and tactical thinking required to be successful in this game.

Firstly, the graphics are stunning. The attention to detail is impressive, from the intricate armor designs of the various factions to the stunning landscapes in which battles take place. The game's soundtrack is also incredibly immersive, with dramatic music that intensifies the overall experience.

In terms of gameplay, I found the turn-based strategy to be engaging and challenging. The game forces you to think critically about your moves and anticipate your opponent's actions. The real-time battles are equally as engaging, requiring quick decision-making skills and a keen understanding of your army's strengths and weaknesses.

However, the fantasy element of the game might not be for everyone. The inclusion of magical creatures and spellcasting may seem out of place for those accustomed to more realistic military simulations.

Overall, Total War: Warhammer 3 is an impressive game that requires strategic thinking, quick reflexes, and a love of fantasy. While it may not be everyone's cup of tea, I appreciate the effort put into creating such a rich and engaging experience.

The difficulty curve can be insane and if you don't know the pathfinder systems and builds it's a huge pain in the ass but I keep coming back to try and beat it, so that must say something
