Game runs like hot garbage on a rig it really shouldn't struggle with. What a waste of a 3 year backing, can't even slightly optimise a game for a high end pc.

Sadly most levels and instances are barely playable on VR even with higher than minimum specifications. I'm sure this is a fun meme for those without VR but, for those with it it's next to unplayable as you constantly drop down to less than 45 fps and have dizzying shaky screens during loading.

Nice to see them not making me pay twice for blood, I guess. Thanks!

It's by no means the best ARPG on the market and certainly not at its non sale price point but fans of the 40K series looking for an APRG in the universe will be pleased at the very least, I'm not a diehard ARPG player so I can't really compare it to anything other than path of exile or torchlight, both of which are arguably better from a gameplay standpoint and price point, you can't really go wrong with Martyr however, so long as the game doesn't bug out on you. I'd give it one of those fancy in between thumbs if I could, a 6.5 ish out of10.

I honestly can't suggest this game.

From the stupid little bugs that still haven't been ironed out after a year to the downright awful """""rng""""" which sees you miss a point blank shot infront of an enemy 4 times. Not my cup or tea and can't even hold a candle to Enemy Unknown in terms of gameplay or story.

This review is mainly a focus on the amazing community this game seems to have gathered.

I've been playing on multiple campaign servers and I just cannot express enough how friendly the people there are.

They help you, they heal you, they revive you. They communicate, they work as a team and they have a good laugh when the time calls for it.

The game is utterly brilliant in itself but, if you were worried about the community - don't. The atmosphere is brilliant!
