Why advertise the game as an RTX title and then go back on it without telling anyone?
Why advertise pre-order perks only to change them later and reject refunds on your website?


Don't get me wrong the game is fantastic, but the massive level of lies that were advertised along the way make me never want to purchase another game from this company again.

luckily i only had to pay 30$ three years ago when i pre-ordered it from their website so i guess that's a plus.

Edit: They have proceeded to release a dlc that has nothing to do with the main story, and also still does not touch on any of the missing features from years ago. Avoid this company

Easily the most detailed video game world I've seen in a long time.
Plenty of content, the mod community is already going crazy with the game too.
The combat starts out a bit lackluster, but progressing through the game will give you access to some insanely fun combos.

Edit: Well, tried to come back to this game after i upgraded to a 4070. The game now just crashes upon entering the open world, regardless of graphics settings.

Absolutely incredible Rogue-lite.
Been playing since launch day on the PS5.

There is no limit to the amount of projectiles that this game will throw at you.

I discovered that if i have any other game running in the background returnal will crash without fail. Ive had runelite open and active and returnal will crash 5 minutes in. Shut off the game and returnal no longer crashes, Hope this information helps someone else


Edit: As per usual people like to complain about pointless things, the only thing that this game installs that has to do with epic is purely to enable cross play with the epic store.

If you like dead space, then this is absolutely the game to get. Day 1 was certainly a rough one to this game tho, LUCKILY they were able to patch it within 2 days, completely fixing the issues with stuttering.

Edit: Saves are completely non-functional, if you die after crafting items/upgrades you will be forced to re-do everything you just did. "boss" enemies are incredibly unfair and unforgiving, if you dodge wrong even once you will instantly be killed by them.

The endless amounts of enemies in the later part of the game force you to replay entire sections of the mission purely because the useless companions they give you are never around during fights. if there is an npc around you, you are completely safe. but don't worry the story will force u to just fall off a ledge every ten seconds so that you're separated from them and forced to fight solo.

combine those issues together and progression is insanely difficult. i'm completely sick of being forced to RE-CRAFT EVERY SINGLE ITEM WHEN I DIE.

This game NEEDS a patch to fix the completely broken "save" system.

wow this game has made a MASSIVE comeback.
No crashes or fps issues anymore (cant speak for everyone here but hey it runs great for me on an Nvidia RTX 2070S)
The police still have a ton of issues but are supposedly being fixed with the launch of the first DLC
Most of the technical issues tend to stem from changing graphics settings mid game, if you change any graphics settings i highly recommend restarting the game.

I had a full playthrough when the game first launched and the game was a complete mess, but i was pulled back in after Edgerunners dropped and i highly recommend giving the game a second shot if you haven't yet

Prop Hunt but the props can hunt back.

The best Rogue-lite ever created, and it gets better pretty much every month!

I can put all 5 of Kapkan's traps on one door.
