Pay to win garbage.
wanna level faster, buy premium.
want end game gear now, pay real money for it.
if u don't have a premium account you are forced to play with less squads and less variety.
you can pay money to level up squads and enhance just about every part of your squad all with real money.

It's like battlefield but instead of paying 60$ for the game, you can spend 40$ on a Thompson.

After many updates i can finally say that this game is a lot of fun.

Still has a long way to go content wise, but the core of the game has improved drastically over what we were presented with at launch.

Im happy to say that i can finally recommend this game, and i cannot wait to see where it goes in the future

Destiny style gameplay, with Warframe style abilities and upgrades.
Its really fun when the game actually works, but the servers have been slammed so far.
Early missions can be a slog but after the first area they just keep adding new enemies and weapons that both look incredible and are fun to interact with.

The monetization they have going on here is mostly fine, until you realize that you cant trade premium currency like you can in warframe. The Ultimate or "Prime" descendants should not be available for purchase directly, they should be distributed by the community via trade or farmed naturally.

Im fine with them allowing for you to pay to farm faster, but outright allowing end game descendants to be purchased immediately is ABSURD.

This is published by Nexon, so its not surprising that none of the currency packages available for purchase line up with any of the purchasable options in the store. For example they have 5$ and 10$ packages but everything in that range is 7$ worth of currency, so its impossible to just pay the 7$ for the item instead you have to pay 10$ and sit on a useless amount of currency.

I like the gameplay a lot, but the shop is scummy as hell.

I just want to play the game, so do 200,000 other people.
RIP servers.

Overtuned trash that just plain isnt fun anymore.
They really missed the mark with this one, everything 2 shots you regardless of what you do to prevent it.
It really feels like all of the enemy attacks just hit you for percentage health.
Everything is overaggressive and they just spam attacks.

The game now stutters like crazy after the recent patch as well, cant imagine who they designed this dlc for but this is just ♥♥♥♥ and ball torture without the ♥♥♥♥ and balls.

Ultra-realistic is quite the stretch, this game just puts a filter over the entire game to make it look like its from the perspective of a body cam. its fun for a bit, but once the novelty of it goes away there's really not much here.

Aiming is just obnoxious and all the reticles on sights are so insanely blown out that you cant see what you are aiming at.
This game just drops you in and out of matches with random loadouts.
It takes far longer to switch weapons than it should.
The camera really likes to bug out all over the place and glitch your head through walls so that people can see you before you even come around a corner.
Not sure what i expected, but for 30$ this game fully misses the mark.

I really hope the duo of devs working on this game can make something worthwhile with this cool concept/tech demo here
but for now i will be refunding.

Edit: Forgot to mention that this game is just a full on asset flip of unrecord and is doing nothing but playing off of the hype of a game that someone else is actually putting real time and effort into.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, this game is just a massive waste of time. its the classic grind ♥♥♥♥, so that you can grind the same ♥♥♥♥ again but faster. The only content that i can even give a recommendation for are the raids, But we barely get one of those a year.

The worst part is that as soon as a new dlc drops, you have to grind back to max power the exact same way you did last dlc.

Don't waste your time here.

So did they just forget to implement some form of end game, whats the point in constantly grinding for stuff when theres nothing to use it for. This game is quite literally just grinding so that you can grind faster with no real end goal besides defending ur house every 7 days. Just plain boring

Sure this game is early access, but that term has become so broad that it doesn't make sense anymore.

Gray Zone Warfare is in more of an alpha state than what i think should be considered for the Early access tag on steam.
It has very little content, and most of the content only takes forever to complete because they never tell you even remotely where anything is in the game. Besides basic kill quests or fetch quests, theres not really anything to do.

Get ready to see the SAME 4 GUNS all the time, because there are very few weapons.

In fact there are very few items in general available in this game.

Its like Tarkov and Dayz combined, but with VERY little content.

This is very clearly an alpha and i think 35$ is quite expensive for what this game currently offers.

6/10 in its current state. There is MASSIVE potential here, they just need more content for me to continue playing.
