Feels like Factorio and Supreme Commander had a pacifist baby.

Banished-like set in post-apocalyptic setting.
Fleshed out a bit deeper than banished (has light trade, exploration, and diplomacy mechanics).

Same as Banished, once you get past the first few seasons and reach a few tens of citizens, things get easier and you can expand much more rapidly.

The 'forum' building allows to address issues by selecting missions. This keeps things interesting as selecting an issue to solve gives you a quest to complete.

One downside is that the art style - although pretty - doesn't distinguish buildings a lot from a distance. Although this does make cities look somewhat like a bunch of the same stuff, it has been remedied by a button in the build menu which allows to go to already-constructed buildings of a certain type.

Very short, but it's free.

Even in the main menu you have to connect Start to End.
This may not be obvious at first, especially when pressing 'esc' while looking for keybindings ;)

Factorio 3D

Never got to play the original, so I got pleasantly surprised with this remake.

Difficulty feels just about right; levels are not too small, but not too expansive either; different weapons and abilities are fun.
Maybe 'fun' is an appropriate term to describe this game altogether!

Light version of Tarkov+Hunt:Showdown hybrid in SciFi setting.
Free to play.
Runs good and looks nice.
There are even some light puzzles, and the game is chuck-full of Easter eggs, too :)

Scratches that looty shooty itch!

Fresh take on factorio-like genre with incorporation of somewhat realistic production processes, mining of raw material and dumping of waste/overproduced resources.

You also have a boat for expeditions (map-based). There is combat as well, but I haven't yet unlocked cannons for the boat. Game also features an extensive tech tree.

Still in early access but already feels like a feature complete indie game.
Recommended if you like games such as factorio; factory town; dyson sphere program.

Alluring setting.
Curious to see in which way the dev will set this game apart from the rest of the Banished-likes.

Seems like something niche with a steep learning curve.
But I'd only recommend if you can waste quite some time overcoming the steep learning curve.
