Whoever thought of making a deck builder with dice needs a raise.

I've played the alpha for 12 hours at the time of this review and I gotta say I've enjoyed every minute of it. Obviously, there are some issues here and there. The standstill animations for some of the weapons look odd and some abilities don't look so fluid. The game isn't super optimized either, but regardless the general concept of the game is very fun.

Some things I'd like to see added to the game include a difficulty slider for worlds and bosses with interesting mechanics, such as protecting someone as they use a terminal to put the boss in a stun or having to transport a battery pack to a cannon to stun or deal damage to the boss (think Destiny raid mechanics).

Another thought I had was adding cosmetics for both the characters and the abilities that can either be bought with money or earned through in-game challenges. Having a bit more uniqueness and flashiness to our characters would be nice. I would love to buy some angel wings or flaming armor to make my character look like a badass :D. I've had a great time playing this game, and I am looking forward to the initial release.
