This is a great World War II game. When it released, I was really into Post Scriptum at the time and didn't like it as much. The sound design is nowhere near Post Scriptum/Squad, but the gameplay is a lot better in my opinion.

Every aspect of the game is fun from regular infantry, recon squads, armor squads, the commander role and even artillery. This is definitely the WW2 realism game to play these days.

I've really enjoyed the gameplay so far. Just under 10 hours in, it feels like there are a ton of things to do.

It's honestly the best WWII shooter out right now. I beats Hell Let Loose in my opinion. The sound design is incredible and the gameplay just feels better than any competitors.

The game had a rough launch, but it has definitely improved. I'd give it a go, especially since it's only $15.

Absolutely worth giving it ago. The launch wasn't too smooth due to them not expecting such an influx of players. I'd expect that all the issues regarding that will be fixed within the next week or so. They seem to be doing a fantastic job of handling such a large playerbase off the star.

Other than obvious optimization issues and the expected bugs that come with the first day of an Early Access title, this game is great. The mechanics are very in depth, and the loot is really well balanced and distributed through the map. The environment is nice and very interactive. The hunting and crafting mechanics are really nice, but a bit confusing at the start. If you're not a big fan of games like DayZ or Miscreated, it probably isn't for you.

This game has a ton of potential if you can see past the immediate issues with a fresh launch. For $19.99, I'd say it's worth a buy, if you are worried about optimization and bugs, maybe wait a few days and see how they're handled.
