Im not sure whether or not you can get tired of this music. Ill have to update when that happens, as Ive been enjoying it longer than playing Pizza Tower, the best platforming game on Steam.

Formally I would have recommended against this game. Its highly addictive and does not have Pizza Tower referenced by default.

One more reason I can now actually recommend the game is due to the fact its highly moddable. Even on a steam deck!

So now not only can I play with Pizza Tower, I can now also choose to play 161 of spades whenever I have the opportunity.

-the soundtrack does not contain any reference of Clascyjitto (whilst unfortunate, would very likely cause extreme rates of blood pressure on a ♥♥♥♥ hand)

Overall the game is worth the time you'll spend watching numbers get higher and higher, and is very good at turning gears in heads.

Difficult but also makes you learn. It doesn't treat you as a bad player, moreso less experienced.

Soundtrack is top tier

Sseth recommended this game so I could recommend this game.

Based developers, based gameplay, based artstyle, the only reason you wouldnt like this game is cos youre lazy or you dont think people kill people but guns do.

Ive got around roughly 750 hours combined with the Switch Repentance, and Steam Afterbirth and Wrath of the Lamb.

My friend Dylan brought this for me for like £10 cos I think he owed me money or something, and Id liked the look of this.

Of course, I wasnt turning down a free game.

Ive sincerely been invested in this game. From the minute I got bored due to being incapable, to now speedrunning Mother in Repentance.

For those that havent transitioned to Rebirth like I did (Maybe due to nostalgia blocking you, or things being changed up), Rebirth adds tons more content than WotL, and the PC edition has plentiful mods on the workshop.

Give this game a go. Keep dying, and dying, and dying, and enjoy your runs. Its tedious at first, but worth the pain.

Remember; Mother loves you.

If you wanted to fight store brought assets with store brought animations, this is the go to.

Was expecting a LITTLE more effort considering other titles like H3VR and Blade and Sorcery, but it seems theres been ♥♥♥♥ all effort put in.

Gunplays OK, but otherwise not an appealing looking game. Not gonna bother with DLC if the game doesnt look good enough to continue on with.

Im only 5 hours in, and its a grand game.

Sometimes the attacks can be "flimsy", but thats likely due to treating it more as a game than as a practise.

This game's pretty fun, and definitely gave me a great workout. I plan to make it a weekly thing.

Hopefully, in the future, a sequel can provide grabbing at some point. I feel like this'd spice up more defensive NPC's

P.S There's a cool as heck little thing where you can watch tiny NPC's fight each other.

Poor quality gameplay, definitely rushed out to cash in on VR capability.

Its fun for like a day, then you realise its going to be poor voice acting and store brought assets all game long

Also for some reason, the second time I launched the game it went to like 2 fps, but that might just be something on my end.

If you like progression and slaughter, this is a good start
