the game itself is fine, the issue is i've had to spend 2+ hours trying to fix the issue of the game not even loading properly with no mods at all. i've had to redownload the games 8 times, and the first time it loads it works finer then after reloading half the screen is completely unusable. Edit: for some reason i have to select the wrong monitor and resolution for it to work, i don't know why but hey i guess its following the principal of it just works

its very fun, although challenging. as a clan, its hard to be independent and as a kingdom you have to be defensive until you get around 8 clans, games last weeks and its not a short game, if you see an army, mind your business

The game is really fun and almost always has a unique play through. only complaint is that the DLCs start to get pricey when you start getting them.

Edit: I'm now over 1,200 hours into this game now using the mods, and it still hasn't lost any of its appeal. yes its had some pretty bad DLC's in recent history, but its still a good game and definitely worth considering if its on sale or has a free play trial
