I first played this game when dvd's roamed the superstores, and from the moment I first put a command in, I knew I would love this game, and any others that may come afterward. Sure enough, I still play this ALONG with Garden Warfare 2, Heroes, and even the 2nd game, and they're all fun in their own right. But for me, there is no topping the classic Plants VS Zombies, since it got so many things right that they didn't need to improve much between this game, and the 2nd one on mobile. All in all: Great game, and well worth the 5 or so dollars it costs to buy.
