Pizza:
Pentru aluat:
400 g făină
25 g drojdie
2 linguri lapte dulce
75 ml ulei
2 linguri iaurt
50 ml apă minerală
Pentru topping:
300 g caşcaval
200 g măsline
2 ardei
2-3 roşii
o ceapă roşie
2 fire pătrunjel
250 g salam picant şi uscat
sos de roşii dulce şi picant
Mod de preparare:
Se cerne făina într-un bol, se adaugă drojdia stinsă în 2 linguri de lapte dulce şi călduţ, sarea, uleiul, apa minerală şi iaurtul.
Se frământă bine şi se obţine un aluat elastic, apoi se lasă să crească lângă o sursă de căldură, acoperit cu un şervet de bucătărie.
Separat, se pregătesc ingredientele pentru pizza, se rade caşcavalul, se taie ceapa, roşiile, măslinele şi salamul.
După ce a crescut aluatul, se împarte în patru şi se întinde fiecare bucată cu sucitorul. Se presară caşcaval, piper, sare, ceapă, salam, cimbru, măsline, felii de ardei şi roşii şi se bagă în cuptor. După ce s-au copt, se servesc cu sos de roşii picant sau dulce.
