ADHD and inattentive-ADHD both fall under the same umbrella while also showing up with autism as AuDHD as a co-morbid condition. I'm considering looking for a diagnosis myself since I'm already diagnosed with autism. But I still feel stuck on the fence about it. Is there a way to tell a difference between regular procrastination and possibly undiagnosed inattentive-ADHD? What is the "Aha!" moment for someone like me to come to the conclusion on getting a second opinion from another doctor?

I like coffee and cannabis, but I feel like something is not quite right for my brain. Even before the cannabis, I found it hard to focus on a task by myself. And too much coffee agitates my anxiety but I like the caffeine kick in my brain as it calms me down mentally.
