ADHD and inattentive-ADHD both fall under the same umbrella while also showing up with autism as AuDHD as a co-morbid condition. I'm considering looking for a diagnosis myself since I'm already diagnosed with autism. But I still feel stuck on the fence about it. Is there a way to tell a difference between regular procrastination and possibly undiagnosed inattentive-ADHD? What is the "Aha!" moment for someone like me to come to the conclusion on getting a second opinion from another doctor?

Depending on the content, if it’s ROM hacks, just use my guide about that. Sometimes it’s an issue with file format and that usually means you have to manually add a ROM file to the list by using that function in RetroArch itself. I’ve added you so we can chat about all this a tad easier.

But since Dgo has asked me to contact you about it, I've written this message (divided into two posts) on your profile.

Otherwise, the games can be played with RetroArch when I load the content separately, and afterwards re-open them through History . I just don't understand why there's a Import Content function in the client if it only discovers games that are available at a database.

Dgo asked me to refer to you regarding my problem in RetroArch with Import Content , since you've written a guide about "patching ROMs".

It's quite a "simple" problem: I've discovered that RetroArch doesn't "discover" some ROMs when I try to import them even if I scan the directory containing the files. I've asked the RetroArch 's Steam-community about it, and that's where I came in touch with Dgo.

The thing is, my problem isn't mainly about ROM hack games. I have some original non-hacked games that can't be "discovered" by RetroArch , e.g. the NES-version of Tetris and the Mega Drive homebrew indie game Life on Earth . Furthermore, I'm not fully convinced that patching ROMs is the solution, since RetroArch could discover some of my hacked games without me doing anything. Besides, hacks for Life on Earth aren't available on {LINK FJERNET}romhacking.net, the more the reason I'm not convinced.
